To secure an event date, a deposit of $2000 CAD is required.


STEP 2: Venue & Menu Selection

Once the event details are understood, we provide a guided tour of the venue, showcasing its various spaces and amenities. With the choice of indoor and outdoor options available, clients can choose the perfect setting that aligns with their event type and size. Whether it's our elegant ballroom, rooftop terrace with panoramic views or intimate piano cafe, ARRAS offers versatile spaces to suit every occasion. Next, menu options from hors d’oeuvres to drinks, dinner and dessert are discussed, ensuring every element is meticulously planned to create a special event that reflects the client's vision and enhances the guest experience. Please note, food and beverage minimums apply.


STEP 3: Customization and Design

ARRAS prides itself on its ability to transform spaces into personalized, breathtaking settings. After selecting your event space(s), clients collaborate with our Sales Team to conceptualize the event's floor plan and design details.


STEP 4: Event Execution and On-site Management

On the day of the event, the ARRAS team takes charge of the logistics, set-up, and coordination. From managing vendor arrivals and overseeing the flow of the event to managing takedown, our event staff are present to ensure everything runs smoothly. With their expertise and attention to detail, they handle unexpected situations, freeing clients and guests to enjoy the event without worries.


STEP 5: Post-Event Services

Even after the event concludes, ARRAS continues to provide exceptional service. Clients have the opportunity to offer feedback and share their experience with the event Sales Team. This valuable feedback helps ARRAS constantly refine its offerings and improve the planning process for future events.
